Is it mandatory to make an advance reservation to stay at LUSH?

It is not mandatory to have a reservation to stay at LUSH, inclusive we always leave 70% of the suites available for direct lease at check-in on a first-come, first-served basis. Our reservation service is an additional convenience service, we recommend for special occasions celebrations of the couple (example: wedding night, wedding anniversaries and dating, requests for marriage among others.)

Do you have an additional cost? How much is the Convenience fee?

Yes, as an optional service you are charged an extra convenience fee. When booking a suite and to guarantee availability at the scheduled time we always need to block the suite all day, which adds an additional cost to our operation. Our Convenience fee is $ 220.00 for all suite categories.

When booking, do you need to pay in advance?

Yes, the reservation is only confirmed when the full payment in advance is made.

I do not have a credit card, can I make a reservation at Lush?

Yes, it is possible to make your reservation by bank deposit, please contact our reservation center and it must be done 48 hours in advance of the date of reservation.

Can I pay the reservation amount?

Yes, for amounts above R $ 700.00 we install up to 3 times without interest. But attention the installment is exclusive for advance reservations, ie for direct payments at the reception upon check out we do not work with any installment option, only payment sightings.

Can I use a discount coupon to make a reservation?

We do not accept any discount coupons on reservations. All promotional coupons from partner companies are valid only for the lease made directly at Check-in.

How much time in advance do I need to make my reservation? Can I make a reservation for the same day?

All reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. To guarantee the quality of our services, we do not accept same-day reservations.

I saw on the site different photos for the same category of suite, can I choose the decoration of the suite that I like the most?

In Lush no suite is the same, within the same category we change the colors and decoration, making each suite unique. Yes, you can choose the decoration that best pleases and confirm availability on the date chosen.

Besides the suite can I add some special package to my reservation?

Of course, we have a variety of package options that offer a complete and unforgettable experience at LUSH. Check out the EXPERIENCES page of our website and see all the package options we have.

Even adding a package do I also have to pay the convenience fee?

We have this promotion, where we offer as a courtesy the convenience fee whenever you choose an additional package equal to or higher than the reservation fee amount.

Can I make a special decoration in the suites before my rental?

Yes, but since the decoration does not damage the suite (it is not allowed to use nails, adhesive stickers, and other items that can damage walls, furniture and glass). We need you to contact our reservation center in advance to arrange the details.

What is the cancellation policy? Can I rebook my reservation?

All our bookings are non-refundable, ie made without cancellation. If you are advised up to 24 hours in advance, it is allowed to rebook the reservation date at no additional cost (keeping the same day of the week, suite category and additional packages, according to the original reservation.) With the limit of 1 month for rescheduling Made direct with our reservation center. In No-Show cases we do not refund the amount paid and it is not allowed to reschedule the reservation.

Can I give a Lush reservation for another couple?

Yes, for this we have a GIFT CARD option in 3 options of R $ 800, R $ 500 and R $ 300 that can be used in the rental of suites and in the consumption of bar and restaurate. See the experiments page.

I have special needs, can I book the Accessible LUSH?

Yes we have a special policy for reservations at LUSH ACCESSIBLE. To ensure availability to guests who need this suite, we do not charge a reservation fee for LUSH ACCESSIBLE, meaning the reservation can be made by paying only the full amount of the suite in advance. In this case please contact our reservation center.

Can I book for the 3 hour period?

We do not make reservation for the period of 3 hours. This is a promotional period that is only for direct lease at check-in on a first-come, first-served basis (except for holiday eve).

Are all suite categories available for reservation? Can I book the Lush or Lush Hydro category?

No, we only reserve the categories LUSH LOUNGE, LUSH SPA, LUSH CINE 4D, LUSH SPLASH and LUSH SPA SPLASH. The categories LUSH and LUSH HIDRO work only with direct lease on Check-in on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I book daily at LUSH?

Yes, we have a choice of daily rates in the categories LUSH LOUNGE, LUSH SPA, LUSH CINEMA 4D, LUSH SPLASH and LUSH SPA SPLASH, with check-in from 3pm and check-out at 1pm the next day, in case of daily LUSH morning for 2 people included.

Do you have a suite with a single bed?

All LUSH suites are with a double bed and no extra bedding is allowed.

Is it allowed to host a minor?

In Lush, only those over 18 years old are allowed and it is mandatory to present an original photo document at the time of check-in. Even when accompanied by those responsible, it is not allowed under 18 years for security measures, since all suites are designed for use by adults.

Is PET allowed?

PET is not allowed in any LUSH suite, this measure is by default, since we do not have a structure designed with this use in mind and could even put PET at risk in the environment; We count on your understanding.

Does LUSH’s kitchen work 24 hours?

Yes, our entire operation including reception, bar and restaurant runs 24 hours, every day of the year.

Can I get in by taxi or Uber?

Yes, there is no problem you can enter the LUSH of Taxi or UBER, we have 2 waiting rooms to check in with greater comfort and privacy, in these cases we recommend already to request to the receptionist at the time of the entrance, to be to realize the Check -in in the waiting room.
